How I conduct Spiritual Healing

A very traditional method of spiritual healing. I work via touch for part of the session, this enables relaxation as well as energy to pass into the physical body as well as the Etheric layer of the subtle energy system, also called the electromagnetic layer to help removed any physical blocks.

Can I talk? Yes. You can talk to me if you wish, it is natural as the energy centres are worked through that you may wish to talk, laugh or even cry. Even a good moan has been known to take place!

But you may wish to just drift away to the music, the choice is yours.

Do you get any messages from spirit during healing? Yes, often I am aware of spirit as well as your own energies. Spiritual healing allows spirit to be present during sessions, as of course your own spiritual self is. This can result in clairvoyant insight as to what is happening with your life as well as the session itself. This results in myself being a channel for my own healing guides as well as for yours.

Clairvoyant information can often be give during healing session. Although I do urge folk to not come to healing expecting any psychic insights as they may be disapointed.

Is there any physical contact? Yes, as I work my way round your body I place my hands on limbs & torso. If you do not wish any physical contact then just ask. The energy will work just the same.

How often can I visit? I have had clients who have visited every week as well as those who come when they feel that they need a 'top up' or suffer a set back.

I will not allow more than one session in a week period, one to avoid dependency on the method as well as to allow any natural healing to take place from energy that remains after the session.
