What is Healing & Holistic Hypnosis?

As both a qualified Hypnotherapist & a Spiritual Healer, I have joined the two together. Energy Healing & Hypnosis combined can be used to treat any issues which holds you back emotionally or physically. 

This method requires no surgery, lifestyle advice or medication just directed thoughts, words & teamwork. It is a natural healing principle which can greatly change views, worries & even physical issues.

How does it work? During the session, healing energy & visualisation are applied to either the whole body or to a specific body part during hypnosis. Our subconscious minds use visual imagery as its primary language making this method very interesting to undertake.

Holistic hypnotherapy can also help remove psychosomatic aspects which can attach themselves to illnesses, once emotional aspects are cleared  the subconscious mind can get on with the process of healing the body. What ever the illness, the mind will tend to make it worse via expectation. This can be done with or without Energy Healing.

More than one session may be required.
